She received a B.A. in Human Development from WSU in 2013 and her M.A. in Health Services Counseling and Life Coaching from Liberty University in 2018. Judy lives in Pullman, Washington, with her husband Gary. They’ve been married for more than four decades, and their four adult children and six grandchildren live on the West coast and in the UK. Judy has been invested in outreach and discipleship through Young Life for over 40 years, walking alongside hundreds of students—sharing Jesus life-on-life. She truly enjoys training leaders and facilitating a small group of women who mostly lead others. From 2004 to 2008, Gary & Judy lived in Malawi, Africa, where they had the privilege of identifying and training local indigenous leaders on the principles and practices of relational ministry through Young Life International. It was a transformational experience for them.

They really got the travel bug as a result, but they also love spending time with their family and grandkids. Working out, biking, walking with friends, sharing coffee dates, and eating great food around a table of dear friends and deep conversations are among her favorite things in life.
